mixed feelings about the stay
the breakfast had a nice variety and was rich so i appreciated that
the air conditioning leaked so there was water everywhere in the room i booked initially the staff said the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done

I enjoyed my stay so much. staff members showed kindness and were very helpful, especially berkun at the reception. housekeeping was awesome. Nargis checked on us daily, and noor made romantic swans with towels. the pool was clean, and the hotel location is near cafes and restaurants.
the ac wasnt strong. i wanted to cool down after a long day, but the room felt clammy. the towels also seemed not the cleanest.

big variety fresh food sun lounger
I liked the breakfast. there was a big variety of fresh and cooked food. i also enjoyed a private beach with free sun loungers. the hotel is close to public transportation stops. It is about a five minute walk.
the shower lacked a shower handle. i couldn't avoid wetting my hair. also, the water was warm, not cold.

cute receptionist friendly staff wonderful view narrow curtains rainfall shower limited lifts
the receptionist was very cute. other staff were also friendly. the view from my room was wonderful. the breakfast had a good variety.
the hotel doesn't have any balconies. there is one lift for nine floors and a long wait is common. the curtains were narrow, so the light woke me up at 6 am. the rainfall shower head was full of rust.

This hotel was really good! The location was convenient, very close to key attractions and public transport. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Housekeeping was great. Nargis checked on us every day to clean our room.
The rainfall shower head had some rust.

The breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC!!! It offered fresh, varied, and delicious options. It was the perfect start to each day. I also appreciated the option to order food for delivery, and the staff brought it right to my door.

The hotel provides a very clean pool that I enjoyed. The hotel also has great facilities related to Spa and relaxation. I had a SUPER massage. I'm also so grateful to have access to a private beach just a short walk from the hotel.

The location is very calm, and I was very grateful to stay near the sea. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport. Many cafes and restaurants are easily accessible from here. The area felt secure, even in the evening hours.

the staff was polite and friendly. the room was clean.
The air conditioning leaked water. It really didn't have a medium setting. it was either too cold or i had to turn it off completely to avoid freezing to death or dying from the heat.
